Consultant Relations - Eastern Region

About the role
LearnLux is seeking a highly driven individual passionate about building relationships and partnerships with benefits consultants (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Alliant, Gallagher, Lockton). The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail. Experience working at a benefits consulting firm or in a SaaS benefits role that interacts with consultants is a major plus. This role is designed for long-term growth, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and help build a team. This is a remote role focused on Eastern US markets, ideally for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across the U.S., identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of LearnLux’s product, value proposition, and roadmap to educate consultants effectively.
- Serve as a feedback loop to internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to address questions from the consultant community.
- Partner with the sales team to build strategic plans and support prospecting efforts using consultant relationships.
- Support sales-generated opportunities and work with consultants to source leads from their client base.
- Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas, share best practices, and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role that sells to benefits consultants.
- Strong experience in SaaS Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or a Confirming/Brokerage Firm.
- Excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for supporting employee wellbeing, with a focus on financial wellness as a critical pillar.
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven track record as a top performer with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
