Consultant, People Analytics & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Understand geographical and functional operations across the organization
• Collect and clarify project requirements effectively
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Power BI models and dashboards
• Leverage analytics tools for logical and visually appealing data presentation
• Develop insights to assist in informed decision-making
• Ensure data quality through strategic development and testing strategies
• Implement data best practices for unified visual communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and 10 years in a Data Analyst role
• 7+ years as a BI Developer
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Power BI Services online
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, DAX, and Power Query
• Strong knowledge of Advanced SQL and relational databases
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and ambiguous situations

Pay

$102,000 – $120,000 annually
