Consultant/Manager (Part Time) - Florida Design and Construction Services (DCS)

About the role

Support Florida Design and Construction Services "DCS" PM team on upcoming and active projects on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Focus Visit projects and support project team
• Complete continuing education as needed
• Prepare project reporting as required
• Mentor local project managers

Requirements

• Florida General Contractor License (Certified Statewide)
• 10+ years of construction experience
• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing experience in healthcare construction
• Independent judgment, authority to stop work, and quality/code-compliance decision-making
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week

Skills

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $74,350 - $102,234 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
