About the role
EVERSANA® MANAGEMENT CONSULTING combines deep industry and functional expertise with specialized knowledge in market assessment, analytics, and strategy development. As the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA®, we serve biopharma, med tech, and digital therapeutics companies, integrating strategic planning with launch excellence and commercial execution for end-to-end commercialization support.
We offer strategic solutions across innovative therapy areas, including Brand Strategy/Marketing, Launch/Complete Commercialization, Product Innovation, Corporate Strategy and Business Development, Pricing & Market Access, and Strategic Data Analytics Coordination. Responsibilities
- Lead targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders/insurance payers) with minimal oversight.
- Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations.
- Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members as needed.
- Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
- Communicate verbal and written information in a logical, clear, and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) with a strong academic record.
- 1+ year of experience at a life science consultancy, handling associate/analyst-level responsibilities across multiple projects.
- A strong passion for—and understanding of—the pharma and biotech industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
Travel
Some travel may be required for client meetings, stakeholder engagements, or off-site management interactions.
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $129,000 to $139,000 (U.S. locations only). Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location to account for comparative cost of living.
