What You Will Do
- Aid the project manager in defining and sequencing project tasks, estimating task duration, and creating a project schedule as part of developing a project management plan.
- Review project management plans to understand the scope, schedule, and assigned work authorization.
- Plan and schedule client meetings.
- Lead client and task-team meetings.
- Lead small task teams in executing project tasks.
- Conduct research and data analysis, including assisting with customer or stakeholder analyses.
- Prepare written documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, and assist with client presentations.
- Give oral presentations to clients.
- Track and report hours spent executing projects.
- Work with individuals at all levels, providing input to reports and other deliverables, executing multiple assignments, meeting agreed deadlines, and adjusting to changing client demands.
- Perform quality assurance on project deliverables.
- Build relationships with existing customers to facilitate the development of new business.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers for current and/or additional services.
What You Will Need
- 2-4 years of professional experience is the minimum required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Delegation skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform research and provide analysis on research performed.
- Effective gathering and analysis of data.
- Application of critical thinking to a wide variety of problems.
- Comprehension and analysis of complex problems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of the ABS Health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
