Consultant, IT Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Consultant, IT Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on strengthening the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure across complex environments. You will serve as a senior technical resource for core identity and network services, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve operational performance and resolve advanced issues. The position also calls for mentoring peers and helping shape technical standards that support long-term infrastructure stability. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Engineer and support enterprise Active Directory, with a focus on multi-forest and multi-domain environments Administer and improve DDI services, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM workflows Manage enterprise PKI, including certificate lifecycle and authority hierarchy Serve as the technical escalation point for complex incidents across Active Directory, DDI, and PKI Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions to elevate team expertise Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted Expert-level experience with Active Directory, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and PKI/certificate services At least one relevant certification in Active Directory, DDI, or PKI preferred Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible is a plus Minimum of 15 years of enterprise IT infrastructure engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts and life insurance options Disability coverage and paid time off, including parental leave 401k plan with employer match eligibility Employee Assistance Program and wellness initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
