Consultant II, Technology Finance (Hybrid)
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting past and future business performance of the Technology EI&T) Division. Communicates findings effectively to customers and management. Leads complex analyses and uses them to influence business decisions made by senior leaders. Creates solutions which utilize resources efficiently in support of strategic plans. Responsible for working with and influencing multiple customers, up to and including Senior Vice Presidents. Lead building of process to support strategic business initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive financial support for client's identified business strategy.
- Develop and interpret complex modeling, with an understanding of core finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, DCF, etc.
- Build relationships with assigned client(s) and provide requested financial support.
- Influence customer decisions; propose, implement and assess solutions.
- Accurately develop, maintain and discuss various financial reports with clients.
- Lead client's efforts in forecasting financial and/or operational results for use in planning, budgeting and decision-making.
- Analyze and communicate impacts across the entire client organization and provide solutions.
- Improve processes related to achieving the above responsibilities.
- Provide guidance to analysts and project teams.
- Collaborate with the Finance organization to provide Accounting and Finance guidance to customers.
- Help communicate and explain financial concepts and methods to individuals throughout the assigned area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial discipline.
- MBA and/or professional financial certification preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in a finance or accounting related position.
- Proficient with Financial Reporting tools. Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and influence business leaders throughout the organization that have varying backgrounds and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven thought leader with ability to drive positive change across an organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deploy resources consistent with organizational goals, evaluate alternatives and negotiate for additional resources.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, either directly or indirectly.
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and product lines.

Compensation
Base Salary Range $104,200.00 - $156,300.00
