Consultant, Evidence Strategy

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We are hiring for this position in Trinity’s Waltham, MA, New York City, NY, or San Francisco, CA offices. Trinity is seeking motivated and intellectually curious Consultants passionate about the life sciences to join our Evidence Generation team.
Responsibilities
- Aid the team in all aspects of project work, preparing for both internal and external interactions
- Contribute to study design, material development, and analysis for real-world studies, both qualitative and quantitative, using primary and secondary data sources
- Develop study materials for primary research, including protocols, screeners, and surveys for IRB/ERC submissions
- Participate in the development of economic models
- Create client-ready reports by organizing results, checking accuracy, and incorporating feedback
- Support project teams across all phases of the project, including preparation of materials for internal team meetings and client-facing interactions
- Create PowerPoint slides that strategically synthesize learnings
- Act as a core project team member, supporting Project Managers and Leadership while independently owning defined workstreams across engagements
- Mentor Associates by providing clear guidance, reviewing outputs, and supporting their day-to-day development
- Present sections of analyses and findings internally and, as appropriate, in client-facing settings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Economics, Health / Life Sciences, Public Health, or Health Services
- Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, health economics and outcomes research
- Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in HEOR consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry
- Other Skills: Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams; ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing timely deliverables; demonstrated interest in developing advanced quantitative and analytical skills; excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn quickly on the job and exercise a flexible, growth mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; Economics, Health / Life Sciences, Public Health, or Health Services
- Master’s degree, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant discipline and /or an HEOR certification is a plus

Benefits
Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $96,000 - $144,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
