Tasks

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and trends from customer data, contributing to the development of data-driven CRM strategies.
• Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various CRM projects.
• Aid in developing innovative CRM concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions, leveraging insights gained from data analysis.
• Support the CRM team with ongoing projects related to customer experience enhancement.
• Aid in market research and business development activities within the CRM domain.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.
• Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in consulting or CRM.
• Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Other Skills: Proactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
