About the role
Our Consulting practice is seeking high-performing students to join the Business Consulting Team. As a Business Consultant, you will provide the highest levels of client service excellence while working with other consulting professionals and interacting with valued clients.
- Gain a general understanding of the client's business, industry, and needs
- Understand engagement processes and approach, including key stakeholders, data points, and project scope
- Participate in client and internal presentations, work product or report development, and deliverable creation
- Embrace the importance of working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams to promote creativity, innovation, and diversity of thought
- Deliver Forvis Mazars' commitment to an Unmatched Client Experience™ through timely and responsive communication with internal personnel and external clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Data Analytics, Logistics & Distribution, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or an Engineering concentration preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed to serve clients
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire (visa sponsorship is not available for this position)

Pay
Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances, the salary range for this role in the New York markets is $64,100 – $84,900 USD. The salary will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
