Consultants support project teams on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation, and generating project results. A key function is supporting the development and creation of quality deliverables for essential project workstreams.

You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance, structure, best practices, and benchmarks. We encourage career development and long-term hiring, with a clearly defined career path to deepen specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you develop project management and leadership abilities, you may progress to the Senior Consultant level.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (must have been enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026)
• No sponsorship required now or in the future to work in the United States; students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from this position

Qualifications

• Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, Information Technology, or similar is preferred
• Previous internship or work experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Business Analytics software (Access, SAS, or R) and/or SQL
• Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
• Strong quantitative and organizational skills
• Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills
• Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
