Responsibilities
- Support implementation of savings initiatives focused on achieving performance targets and operational improvements.
- Collect and validate data from various client source systems, including patient financial, materials management, and decision support systems.
- Conduct analyses of spend, clinical, operational, and performance improvement data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop presentations and reports that translate data and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations for client performance improvement.
- Sustain collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and successful implementation of consulting recommendations.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication of project updates and risks.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to support project execution and successful implementation of consulting recommendations.
Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor's degree preferred, with an advanced degree desired.
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Construction, with experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of indirect spend categories, facilities operations, construction, or related business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings through clear, effective presentations.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
