Job Description Construction Zone Security Officer - $18/hour - Lancaster, PA Monday to Saturday 6:30am-4:30pm Performs basic customer service and security functions under close supervision within an active client construction environmentStrictly monitors, logs, and processes contractor sign-insProvides strict access control to designated roomsContinuously maintains high situational awareness in a warm, noisy, and dusty environment featuring active heavy machinery and shifting site conditionsMonitors personnel traffic and promptly reports suspicious activity or safety hazardsCoordinates seamlessly with team members, construction supervisors, and client representatives to maintain safety protocolsDelivers professional, attentive security service to all personnel and visitors navigating the construction zoneMust have Hard Soled Work BootsOther PPE will be provided Performs basic customer service and security functions under close supervision. Greets and screens guests, issues ID badges, monitors guest traffic, and reports suspicious activity. Coordinates with other team members to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
