Position Overview
West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. Operating in over 40 locations nationwide, West Shore Home employs over 3,000 people.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience
Compensation
The approximate hourly rate for this position is $21-$24 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
