Construction Worker II

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in the asbestos abatement division, overseeing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of asbestos abatement regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asbestos abatement projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees and ongoing professional development for existing staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and resources.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in asbestos abatement management.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
