What You'll Do

What You Will Bring

  • Required: 7+ years of construction industry experience
  • A demonstrated track record of standing up processes, standards, checklists, or playbooks
  • Deep working knowledge of construction execution
  • Hands-on experience inside one or more construction-focused platforms
  • Comfort being boots-on-the-ground
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and decision-making skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands
