(maybe drop) - Background Check Statement Disclaimer: remove (legal) - EEO Statement: remove - ADA Statement: remove - E-Verify Statement: remove - Quicklink for Posting: remove (application instruction) We need to keep substantive info: job description, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. Also Pay (hiring range) and Schedule (work schedule). Benefits? Not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. No benefits mentioned, so omit Benefits. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. Let's map: - About the role: Could include overview of position, grant-funded, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: The duties like teaching, curriculum integration, advising, recruitment, collaboration, special assignments, etc. - Requirements: Could include required qualifications (associate's degree, 5 years experience, etc.) maybe also "Required Travel: Travel is required." Could be part of Requirements. - Qualifications: Could include additional considerations (preferred qualifications) like Bachelor's degree, teaching experience, certifications, contractor license, etc. - Skills: Could include KSAs like knowledge of HVAC, blueprint reading, tool usage, OSHA safety, communication, problem solving, etc. - Pay: Hiring range $52,905 to $68,297. - Schedule: Work schedule varies, could be day/evening/weekends. We must not invent details like "commensurate with experience". We have actual hiring range. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not put a heading for the job title. We must not include Job ID etc. So we will omit Position Number, Role Code, etc unless they are substantive? The instruction says: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with metadata like Position Number, Agency, Work Location, etc. But better to drop minor metadata? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all substantive info. Metadata like Position Number, Agency, Work Location, Hiring Range, etc are substantive. So we should include them perhaps in a short
under About the role or a separate meta paragraph. But we must not use headings for them. So we can include a
that contains: Position Number 294G0011, Agency Southwest Virginia Community College, Work Location Tazewell - 185, Hiring Range $52,905 to $68,297, etc. However we also have a Pay section for hiring range; we could put the range there and not repeat. But we need to preserve all info; we can put the range in Pay section and not repeat elsewhere. For other metadata like Position Number, Agency, Work Location, we could include in About the role paragraph. Let's decide structure: -
