Construction Technician (Punch)

Responsibilities

• Drive or travel to and from job sites in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
• Install or repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits as directed by management, ensuring a reasonable pace to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Perform installations or repairs using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
• Follow all applicable safety rules and guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally as needed.
• Work daily overtime as required.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order; report any damaged, broken, or faulty equipment or tools to management.
