Construction Team Member

About the role

EnergiSystems is expanding its Construction Team and seeks a Construction Team Member with a passion for quality work and a desire to grow with the company. While experience in the petroleum or fueling station industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The company offers comprehensive training to help new hires develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the construction crew on fueling-system installation projects
• Perform hands-on tasks such as concrete and formwork, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Aid in the installation of piping, containment systems, and other components
• Read and interpret construction drawings and basic electrical schematics
• Support safe, high-quality work at every job site
• Communicate effectively with project leads and team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction (concrete, forms, equipment operation, or similar)
• Ability to read construction drawings and basic schematics
• Strong hands-on work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to travel Monday through Friday with overnight stays
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Highly preferred: DEQ Installer/Remover certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with piping, trenching, or underground utilities
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Experience working independently in the field
