Construction System Owner – E&I

About the role

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with E&I contractors and align on RFT expectations
• Daily monitoring, witnessing, sampling, and inspection of E&I contractor activities to assure quality and compliance of work completed
• Ensure technical integrity of E&I installations and system readiness for energization
• Perform quality assurance, inspections, and documentation compliance
• Coordinate E&I interfaces between engineering, commissioning, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred
• Extensive experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction
• Experience supporting large capital projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred
