About the role
The Software Services Department at Topcon Solutions is seeking a Construction Software Technical Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of ACC modules.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of ACC modules.
- Provide expertise in pre- and post-sale customer demos, presentations, implementation, training, and support.
- Administer and maintain data on the ACC platform, configure and customize modules to meet project needs.
- Aid in setting up projects within ACC and collaborate for integration of customer project workflows.
- Identify optimization and consulting opportunities and maintain documentation of issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices for ACC products.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in construction management, particularly in roles such as Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Proven experience with Construction Project Management Software, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of construction project management processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in ACC tools.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
