Construction Supervisor - Self Perform

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of in-house crews performing maintenance, upgrades, and modifications.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Assign work based on skills, priorities, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate procurement, and track progress.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, labor hours, and materials.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot on-site issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in construction or industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC trades.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• OSHA safety certification (e.g., OSHA 30).
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training in construction or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Additional safety certifications and trade licenses.
