Construction Supervisor - Ft Pierce

Job Overview

The Central Maintenance Department is looking for a Substation Construction Supervisor to join their team in Ft Pierce, FL. This position is responsible for overseeing substation contractors for new substations and existing substation upgrades or expansions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of Construction Leads
• Collaborates with Construction Lead(s), Area Operations, Engineering and other departments to resolve project conflicts, generates work scope, timetables and resource estimation
• Coordinates and supervises emergency response events
• Mentors and trains of new employees and contract personnel
• Provides direct oversight of complex projects
• Coordinates and oversees emergency response activities
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 10+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's - Engineering
