Construction Supervisor - Closes 9/10/2026

Position Summary

Supervises Construction Services Division Crew Leaders and Heavy Equipment Supervisor in construction services. This position is a grade E16; pay is $82,285.00/annually.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• 5 years of experience in the construction field, including home and residential construction, with knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and operation of heavy equipment
• Computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read, understand, and draw building plans
• Extensive knowledge in the use of equipment, power and hand tools, and other machinery used in home construction and repair
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule
• Valid Driver’s License for state of residency and insurable under the Tribal vehicle Insurance policy
• Passes a thorough background check including Criminal History and fingerprint check
• Passes a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Working knowledge of the Southern Ute Indian Reservation and the location and ownership of houses within the exterior boundaries of the reservation
• Experience supervising construction crews
