Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project managers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervising daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Leading and motivating construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Implementing quality control measures and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Monitoring budgets, managing schedules, and addressing potential delays or issues proactively.
• Fostering effective communication among stakeholders and enforcing safety protocols.
• Resolving problems to ensure project timelines, costs, and quality are maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
