Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing project safety, quality, and team performance in a construction environment. They ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and provide training to crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate work with local agencies
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget
• Lead by example and motivate teams
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to confirm compliance with customer requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including homeowners' associations
• Read construction maps and diagrams

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in construction
• Background in aerial or underground work
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug tests
• Basic knowledge of splicing
