Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects, with a focus on wireless/tower construction.
• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction.
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Give direction to multiple crews and oversee job site activities.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a tower technician or tower foreman.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Albuquerque and Northern NM region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting day-to-day needs of a construction crew.
• Commitment to safety as part of your daily work.
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting experience in the field.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.

MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, and 2591 relate well to this position.

Pay

$70,000–$85,000/year (DOE) + company truck.
