About the role
Supervises and directs activities of workers concerned with construction of buildings, roads, water and sewer lines, or other construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Processes monthly invoices
- Estimates different projects that are encountered, including planning and implementing capital budgeting
- Works with Safety Officer for all safety concerns that occur during construction
- Performs other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s)
Requirements
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- The ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to operate and have knowledge about heavy equipment
- A valid CDL license and being insurable with RTC auto insurance
- Supervisory skills and experience are an asset
