Construction Supervisor

Description

Galarneau Builders is seeking a dedicated and experienced construction supervisor for residential and/or light commercial construction sites. This role involves general supervisory duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lead a team
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with various trades, scheduling, and managing the flow of work on the job site
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Schedule

The supervisor will work 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
