Job details

The Superintendent is responsible for overall field leadership and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards. You will lead the day-to-day jobsite operations while collaborating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and ownership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction operations
• Manage and coordinate union subcontractors and craft labor
• Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract documents
• Maintain detailed daily reports and field documentation
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and logistics
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact the schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field leadership experience
• Experience working with union trades
• Background as a Lead Superintendent or Superintendent on $10M+ projects
• Experience with complex commercial, civic, education, infrastructure, or industrial construction
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Commitment to jobsite safety and craftsmanship
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
