About the Role
We are seeking a talented Construction Superintendent to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and who can lead a team to success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish
- Schedule and provide subcontractors with computer-generated work orders
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and ensure quality workmanship
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ability to perform punch list if needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Moderate computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (delivery of materials)
