Construction Sr. Super/General Superintendent

About the role

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor project budgets and control costs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry as superintendent.
• Projects in and around Atlanta.
• Experience with interiors-based subcontractors.
• Construction experience with MOB or medical office building projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
