Construction-Splicer
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: "Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti (NASDAQ: UNIT), is a premier insurgent provider of multi-gigabit fiber internet, whole-home Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services in 1,400 markets across 18 states in across the U.S. Additional information about Kinetic is available at www.GoKinetic.com". This is company description, maybe part of About the role? Not needed? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph about company maybe under About the role? The "About The Role" heading is present in posting. We'll create
About the role
with paragraph summarizing role description. Then responsibilities: The posting includes "What You’ll Do" list of tasks. Also earlier "As a Splicer on the construction team, you will be responsible for..." So we can combine responsibilities. Requirements/Qualifications: The posting includes "Do You Have" list of abilities, plus "Even Better" list (preferred qualifications). Also physical tasks details, exposures, equipment used, types of driver's license required. Those are qualifications/requirements. Skills: maybe "Exceptional time-management and attention to detail", "Pole climbing experience", "OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and Buck Squeeze", "Proficient at operating various Construction Equipment". Could be under Skills. Benefits: The posting includes "Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience. Our Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans 401K Plan Health & Flexible Savings Account Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans Educational Assistance Plan". So we have Benefits and Pay. Pay: The line about base pay depending on location etc. So we can have Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: The posting mentions "The job will include work on weekends, holidays, standby, unscheduled hours, and overtime. Travel is required and may be over 50% of the year depending on the business needs." Also "Ability to work an on-call schedule rotation as well as days/nights/overnights/weekends/holidays/overtime, as needed." So schedule info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have actual content: "Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience." That's specific enough. Benefits: list of benefits. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, notice to non-US citizens, notice to applicants, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:About the role
As a Splicer on the construction team, you will splice various sizes of fiber optic and copper cables in outdoor and indoor settings, read/create/maintain splicing schematics and diagrams, control OSP activities, support project timelines, ensure crew safety, keep daily records, maintain material inventory and DOT vehicle inspection, and perform related OSP construction tasks. The role requires weekend, holiday, standby, unscheduled hours, overtime work, and travel over 50% of the year.
But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include details from "What You’ll Do" as responsibilities. Better to separate About the role (general description) and Responsibilities (list). Let's do:About the role

We need to avoid duplication; some items repeated (like ability to work on-call schedule appears also in schedule). We'll keep.
Now Skills: maybe we can separate "Exceptional time-management and attention to detail", "Pole climbing experience", "OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and Buck Squeeze", "Proficient at operating various Construction Equipment". But these are already in Requirements/Even Better. Could put them under Skills.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, and Skills as separate if we have enough.
Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We'll put Skills inside Requirements (maybe as a sublist). But the instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We can include Skills if we have distinct content not covered elsewhere. We have "Exceptional time-management and attention to detail", "Pole climbing experience", "OSHA 10 Hour Safety Course and Buck Squeeze", "Proficient at operating various Construction Equipment". These are skills/qualifications. Could be under Skills.
But we also have many physical requirements etc. Those are more like Requirements.
Thus we can have:
