About the role

Construction Site Security Officer (Full-Time) positions located in Jeffersonville, OH. All shifts available, with requirement to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Assess situations and make informed decisions (critical thinking)
• Monitor and assess environments diligently
• Adhere to security protocols and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service as the friendly first point of contact

• Use basic computer skills as needed
• Remain physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain
• Maintain flexibility to work weekend shifts as required

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Hold a valid driver certification
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Be over the age of 18

Benefits

• Weekly pay (paid every week)
• $100 bonus after 30 days of employment
• $200 bonus after 90 days of employment
