Construction Site Security Officer - $300 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Securitas USA is hiring Construction Site Security Officers (Entry‑Level) in Jeffersonville, OH. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available across all shifts. Officers must be willing to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess construction site environments for safety and security risks
• Assess situations and make informed decisions as a critical thinker
• Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and post orders
• Serve as the friendly first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and visitors
• Operate basic computer systems for reporting and logging activities
• Perform physical duties including extended sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain

Qualifications

• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Hold a valid driver certification
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Be at least 18 years of age
