Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication with customers, Trade Partners, vendors, and team members, providing timely and accurate updates regarding project progress, quality expectations, and timelines.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of contracted repair and construction scopes, ensure work performed aligns with contract requirements, document changes thoroughly, and manage project expectations throughout the construction process.
  • Oversee job sites to ensure work is completed according to scope, company quality standards, and target completion schedules while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and maintain profitability at the work order level through effective scope awareness, documentation, communication, and project oversight.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Trade Partners and vendors through ongoing collaboration, quality control coaching, timely invoice approvals, and consistent performance management.
  • Partner effectively with production management and leverage the strengths of team members to drive successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems, technology platforms, and mobile devices to improve workflow efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of construction management experience; construction management education preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to understand, manage, and communicate repair scopes, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Experience overseeing job site quality, project timelines, and Trade Partner performance.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with customers, Trade Partners, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and implement new tools, technology platforms, and business systems efficiently.
