About the role

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Services is a Cincinnati-based second chance staffing agency seeking hardworking individuals for a temporary position starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Work as part of a team.
• Bend, squat, lift, and maneuver constantly for extended periods.
• Crawl into tunnels and dispose of construction debris in dumpsters.
• Wear knee pads and gloves provided by the company.
• Wear long sleeves, long pants, and work boots.

Requirements

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (in some cases).
• Reliable transportation (a plus).
• Reside in Kentucky.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Able to work evenings from 2:30pm-10pm.
• Able to work 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Good attendance and excellent work ethic.

Skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina and endurance.

Benefits

Pay

The pay rate is $15 per hour and is expected to last 2 weeks.

Schedule
