In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks on small projects—rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring. Additional valuable skillsets would include tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results and excellent service to our clients. Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour What You'll Do: Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repairInterior and exterior paintingFinish carpentry (Doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc)Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinylWindow removal and installationBasic service-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Selective demolition required to complete reconstructionMaintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businessesSupport project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor managementConduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standardsAssist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logisticsOccasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination What We’re Looking For: 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)Strong construction skillsPainting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVACAttention to detail and commitment to qualityGreat communication and organizational skillsStrong problem solving and customer service skillsetWorks well independently and within a team environmentA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass background and drug screeningAdded Bonus: Insurance restoration/rebuild backgroundFamiliarity with scopes, sketches, or Xactimate-style estimatesExperience in occupied residential and commercial settingsSpanish/English bilingual is a plus Why Join SERVPRO Team Wall? Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: This position involves performing physical activities and may require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment.
