Construction Senior Superintendent- Commercial/Wastewater

About the role

Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain clear communication and project updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Superintendent experience in Commercial Ground-Up Projects.
• Ability to lead and mentor greener professionals.
• Experience creating a master schedule.
• Experience working with a General Contractor on ground-up builds.
• Knowledge of preconstruction and earth-work.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
