Construction Senior Project Manager (South Bend, IN)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives
  • Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership
  • Oversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost to complete
  • Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout
  • Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers
  • Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed
  • Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed
  • Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite

  • You’re skilled in motivating and mentoring junior colleagues

Required Expertise

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management

Bonus Points

  • You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree
  • You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+
  • You have extensive knowledge in construction management software
  • You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
