Responsibilities
- Independently manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and document control
- Cook up trade and design documentation and resolve conflicts
- Support schedule updates and identify coordination risks
- Aid Project Managers with cost tracking and change documentation
- Participate in subcontractor buyout and coordination meetings
- Mentor and train Project Engineers
- Serve as a reliable technical resource for the project team
- Escalate risks and issues proactively
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of construction experience preferred
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation preferred
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, scheduling software, or similar platforms
- Strong constructability awareness
- Able to prioritize, anticipate issues, and problem-solve
- Educated in effective communication with subcontractors, designers, and internal teams
Pay
Compensation Range: $57,900 - $76,100. Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
