Construction Seasonal Security
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have Overview (company description) maybe not a heading? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we can have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe education?), Skills (maybe job skills/requirements?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's extract.
Overview: "DK Security is Michigan’s fastest growing security company. Established in 1995, we began as an investigations firm and quickly expanded to provide uniform security, event staff security, loss prevention services, and much more based on the needs of our clients. DK Security can provide you an opportunity to grow, develop and meet new people in a professional setting. We offer you the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of working on a team in a position that serves a critical purpose. DK has earned a reputable name in the security industry thanks to our outstanding officers that work in the field, and we cannot wait to have you join our team!" That's about the company, could be About the role.
Job Skills / Requirements: "No prior experience is required Military veterans and people with security, firefighting, department of corrections, or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply Shift Opening(s): various days (Monday - Sunday) - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts Rate of Pay: $17.60 This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted on the premises, including in personal vehicles parked on the premises"
So we have shift opening (schedule), rate of pay (pay), note about armed.
About the Job: duties list.
Minimum qualifications: list of requirements.
Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED
Additional Information / Benefits: includes EEO boilerplate (to remove) and Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Sick Days.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the EEO lines: "DK Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants have rights under federal employment law. E-Verify Participation Poster Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Immigrant and Employee Rights – Right to Work Equal Employment Opportunity – Workplace Discrimination is Illegal". Remove those.
We keep Benefits list.
Now structure sections:
- About the role: overview paragraph(s). Could be one
with the overview text. - Responsibilities: duties list from "Security officer duties include the following:" then bullet list. - Requirements: maybe combine minimum qualifications and job skills/requirements? But we have separate sections: Requirements (maybe shift opening, pay, armed note) and Qualifications (education, certifications, etc). However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think. We have: Job Skills / Requirements: includes "No prior experience is required", "Military veterans... encouraged to apply", "Shift Opening(s): various days (Monday - Sunday) - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts", "Rate of Pay: $17.60", "This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted..." We could put shift opening under Schedule section, pay under Pay section, and the rest under Requirements or Skills. Minimum qualifications: long list of requirements (age, education, drug screening, felony, misdemeanor, physical abilities, certifications, etc). That's Requirements. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (could be part of Qualifications). Skills: maybe "No prior experience is required" and "Military veterans... encouraged to apply" could be Skills? Or we could combine into a Skills section. But we need to avoid creating sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each. Let's decide sections: - About the role: overview. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: minimum qualifications (the long list). Could also include "No prior experience is required" and "Military veterans..." but those are more like preferences/encouragement; still could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: Education (High School Diploma or GED) plus certifications (CPR/First Aid/AED) maybe but those are in minimum qualifications already. Actually CPR etc is in minimum qualifications. So Qualifications may be redundant. Maybe we skip Qualifications and keep Requirements covering all. - Skills: maybe "Customer service skills", "professional demeanor", "excellent personal integrity", etc. Those are in duties or qualifications. Could be under Skills but we might not need separate. - Benefits: list. - Pay: Rate of Pay: $17.60 - Schedule: Shift Opening(s): various days (Monday - Sunday) - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We should not include "This is NOT an armed security position. Weapons are not permitted on the premises, including in personal vehicles parked on the premises" anywhere? That's substantive info about armed status. Could be placed under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Position Details". But we have no specific heading for that; we could
