Construction Scheduling Analyst

About the role

The Construction Schedule Analyst is a foundational role within the Clark Planning & Scheduling Department. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual who excels at data manipulation and logical problem-solving. You will support the Project Schedulers by managing the flow of data into Primavera P6, using Excel to audit schedule health, and creating reports that track project milestones. This role is part of a structured career path in construction planning and scheduling. No prior construction experience is required; we provide technical training for Primavera P6 for candidates who demonstrate high-level analytical potential and a "quick-study" approach to new software.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore the nuances of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and how it applies to complex construction sequencing.
• On‑site support of project teams to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust construction sequencing, and produce internal and contractually required reporting.
• Data analysis and advanced reporting utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other industry‑specific tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics to help the department identify potential bottlenecks.
