We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, and Hydroponic systems. We handle the entire flow of providing these products and services—from Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, to Contracting and Construction, Servicing, and Maintenance. As a licensed C-10 contractor, we operate construction crews across California and are expanding throughout the U.S.

About the role

This is an in-office, mid-to-senior-level position based in Costa Mesa, CA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We seek highly motivated individuals with a construction background and strong communication skills. The Construction Scheduler’s primary responsibility is to create and track project schedules, identify potential delays, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain within scope, on time, and on budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop logical sequencing of work, contract durations, and phasing.
  • Work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
  • Utilize Primavera/Expedition for scheduling and project management.
  • Review and analyze claims, time extensions, and cost impacts.
  • Analyze construction schedules and recommend improvements or work-arounds.
  • Advise Project Managers on change orders with schedule impacts.
  • Validate contractors’ project schedule accuracy.
  • Develop, report, and manage data for a portfolio of assigned projects.
  • Identify and implement scheduling process improvements.
  • Liaise with contractors’ scheduling resources.
  • Communicate schedule status via formal and informal meetings and reports.
  • Maintain critical path analysis and report deviations against the master schedule.
  • Manage change management programs.
  • Assist in identifying out-of-scope work items and create change order requests for client presentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for internal clients.
  • Handle project and program contingency planning.
  • Provide critical path analyses, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a construction-related field (preferred).
  • Professional experience as a full-time Construction Scheduler on construction projects.
  • Minimum of 4 years of construction project scheduling experience.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, Smart Sheets).
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Indoor office environment with occasional on-site work; occasional overnight travel.
