Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed project schedules from planning through commissioning
- Build, analyze, and maintain critical path schedules using Primavera P6
- Identify opportunities to optimize sequencing and reduce overall project durations
- Partner with construction, engineering, and project controls teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Monitor schedule performance and communicate progress through reports and dashboards
- Perform schedule variance analysis, time impact analysis, and schedule risk assessments
- Incorporate project constraints, productivity, and resource loading into schedule development
- Utilize schedule diagnostic tools such as Acumen Fuse (or similar) to improve schedule quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling standards and best practices
- Assist with Primavera P6 training and scheduling processes across project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of construction scheduling experience
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Expert-level experience with Primavera P6
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with Procore and Power BI is a plus
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly preferred, but candidates from other complex commercial or industrial construction environments are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% as needed

Pay
Salary: $60,000–$80,000
Schedule
Work Arrangement: Full-Time | Onsite, with willingness to travel approximately 10–20% as needed
