Daily Routine
- Scaffolding structures at professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
- Work alongside crews of up to 5 employees traveling from job to job together.
- Full-time, consistent, year-round work schedule.
- Routine overnight travel with the possibility of being away from home for 90+ days at a time.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and breakdown scaffolds
- Install ladders, walkways, and handrails
- Avoid accidents by inspecting scaffold components before assembly
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles
- Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
- Ensure safety measures are followed, including wearing and using safety equipment
- Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting/dismantling scaffolds
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
- Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
Requirements
- Background check and drug screening required
- Valid driver's license preferred, with a good driving record
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Not afraid of heights
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Read and understand basic safety instructions
- Background in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
