What You Will Do
- Possess a deep understanding of clients' needs and aggressively prospect for business.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, manage the sales process, schedule appointments, and create proposals.
- Overcome objections and prepare appealing proposals to win new clients.
- Build and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
- Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
- Utilize and manage the CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
- Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in external B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, maintenance, or related sectors.
- Proven history of success in external B2B sales roles.
- Experience in project or construction management is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building and influencing others.
- Well-organized within a structured sales process, capable of guiding clients from initial contact to final sale.
- Strong closing abilities and familiarity with short sales cycles.
- Previous sales training is advantageous.
- Charismatic and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations or conduct one-on-one meetings effectively.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook.

About the Role
The CBS sales division offers 20+ services to clients in the building maintenance industry. This is a base salary + commissions position! OTE first year: $100K+!
Schedule
The territory for this position will be Memphis and surrounding areas, to include North Memphis to Eastern Arkansas.
