Construction Sales Engineer – Electrical Products
Position Overview
Siemens is seeking a Construction Sales Engineer – Electrical Products to sell Low/Medium Voltage power distribution products in the Oklahoma market. This role will be remote/hybrid.
Role Description
- Develop and support distributors and electrical contractors.
- Achieve project goals through the Construction Channel.
- Utilize SieSales to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
- Provide product support including Residential Products, Panelboards, Switchboards, Lighting Panels, Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Safety Switches, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, Motor Control Centers, and IEC/NEMA Control.
- Build and maintain a business plan by developing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Implement plans for strategic accounts to exceed revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Build long-term relationships with senior management, solution partners, and channel members.
- Support local professional engineering design firms through Business Development Managers.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- 5+ years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line OR 10+ years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line for a Sr Level candidate
- Ability to travel 5%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience selling to local electrical contractors required

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $61,547.00 - $94,003.00 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
