Construction Sales Consultant
About the role
Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a self-driven and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This role works in a team environment to deliver high-quality buildings with superior warranties. The primary focus is on pre-sale responsibilities such as prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, solution development, and guiding customers through the buying process. The remaining 30% of the role involves post-sale project management, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Possess 2 years of sales or account management experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Manage a sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including existing and new ones.
- Coordinate project details, communicate with internal teams, and support the build through completion.
- Reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory within 30 days of hire.

Pay
The starting annual pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. The pay plan includes a base salary, training subsidy, and commission. Earnings expand year over year based on experience, portfolio growth, and annual increases.
