About the role

Full-time W-2 sales position in our new Detroit, MI branch (opened 2025). The role is designed for closers: 90% of the work is pre-qualified before you meet the customer, and the market is currently pacing $1M+ in net sales per month. We promote exclusively from within, offering a clear path to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
